Farshad Shirvani MSc. Geol.<\/h3>\n

Position: Chief Executive Officer and President<\/h5>\n

Mr. Shirvani has a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in geology from the Shiraz University in Shiraz, Iran and has more than 25 years of solid geological experience in mineral exploration. Mr. Shirvani is the President of Terracad Geoscience Services Ltd. and served as a member of the Board of Directors of several Junior Mining Companies including Gold Producer Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd. (BGM-TSXV) for more than 7 years (bought by Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd. valued at $ 338 million). Mr. Shirvani brings to Doubleview a wealth of experience in Mining Property Acquisition, Exploration, and Development.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Jamie Rainbird, B.A. Econ.<\/h3>\n

Position: Lead Director, Financial Advisor<\/h5>\n

Mr. Rainbird holds Economics Degree from Laurentian University.<\/p>\n

Mr. Rainbird has worked in various roles in both Economic Development and Legal Services in the Municipality of Chatham-Kent since 2013 and since 2019 he has taken the role of Manager of the Economic Development Services where he oversees the department\u2019s Economic Development Officers, the Small Business Centre and the Digital Mainstreet Service Squad.<\/p>\n

Together with the department\u2019s Director, he is the point person for foreign direct investment, which includes the marketing, negotiation and sale of municipally-owned land and assisting with the development of privately-owned real estate as well as assisting with the growth and expansion of existing industrial and commercial firms.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Andrew Rees, B.Com.<\/h3>\n

Position: Lead Director, Communications<\/h5>\n

Mr. Rees, B.Comm. has over 20 years experience working with oil and gas and mining companies, and has raised over $100 million in the public markets. In executive management roles, Mr. Rees has taken projects from discovery to commercial production. Mr. Rees currently serves as a director of a number of publicly traded resource companies. Mr. Rees holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Royal Roads University (British Columbia).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Chris Cherry,<\/h3>\n

Position: Chief Financial Officer<\/h5>\n

Mr. Cherry has over 14 years of corporate accounting and audit experience. Mr. Cherry has extensive corporate experience and has held senior-level positions for several public companies including Director, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary. Mr. Cherry has been a Chartered Accountant since February 2009 and a Certified General Accountant since 2004. In his former experience as an auditor, he held positions with KPMG and Davidson and Co. LLP in Vancouver, where he gained experience as an auditor for junior public companies, and as an IPO specialist.<\/p>\n

He has held senior management and director roles in multiple publicly traded companies.
